We accept all major credit cards and PayPal via the secure PayPal website. You do not need to have a PayPal account. You will be asked to confirm your details before proceeding to the payment page. We can be contacted by phone, email, live chat and fax during our business hours from Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST. Any messages received beyond office hours will be answered as soon as possible when we resume.

The cost of each Derma Roller varies depending on the brand you choose. The price also includes Shipping and handling fees. The merchandise cost, shipping and handling fees are subject to change.

Quality Assurance
The manufacturers of the products we carry are all GMP-compliant in terms of facilities and operations. The needles are made from gamma sterilized titanium or steel and are sent in a sterilized package. Please be aware of other rollers which may not conform to the same standards.

We cannot and do not claim that the Derma Roller can treat or cure any illness, disease or ailment you may have. If you are in doubt as to whether the Derma Roller is right for you, please consult your GP or your Dermatologist before use.
The manufacturer’s instructions for use should be followed each time you use the product. Derma roller products are for personal use and not meant children or pets. You use this product at your own risk and to the maximum extent of the law, we are not responsible for any injury or negative results obtained by either proper or improper use or storage of the Derma Roller.

Our goal is to send out your order(s) as soon as practically possible when they come in. You are entitled to be refunded or credited if we fail to deliver on time. If we cannot deliver the product you order, for any reason, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel and receive a refund or accept a substitute item.

Returns and Cancellations
Dr. Roller also protects both the company and consumers. This will encourage you to have confidence in buying online. All our customers are entitled to 100% Money-back Guarantee; your satisfaction is our no.1 priority. We will provide a refund for the product within 30 days of purchase. As much as possible, you must return the item/s, unopened or at least in its original packaging to us to the address given on the Returns and Exchanges page.

For cancellations of orders, the customer will pay the costs of returning the item/s to us if the order has been received (by Recorded delivery post). If you cancel and you have not yet received your order, we pay the costs of return. If the goods are faulty, we will fully refund your money or offer a replacement and we will pay the cost of returning the product to us.

You have a statutory duty of care for all goods while in your possession and you must take reasonable care when returning goods. Non-compliance to our requirements may affect your right to cancel and a refund.

No credit card details will be stored by us whether payments are made via PayPal or other mechant we use to process payments. We will also email you after your order to ask if you would like to be added to our address list and we will not add you without your permission.
